Can I burn inside the city limits?: No, burning is not allowed inside the city limits. The only exception is a trench burn, which must be authorized by the Kilgore Fire Marshal. For more information, contact the Fire Marshal at 903-988-4139

Contact the City Clerk, Rachel Rowe by email (rachel.rowe@cityofkilgore.com) or go to this link

Normally, the fire report will be ready 10 business days after the date of incident.

3. How do I schedule a fire prevention program?: Contact the Fire Department Administrative Assistant, Audrey Pace, at 903-988-4112.

4. Where do I submit Tier II Reporting?: Visit the Fire Marshal's Office page for information on submitting a Tier II Report to the Kilgore Fire Department.
