How do I know if I need a permit?

The best policy is always to ask us before your start. But as a general rule if you are changing the structure or use of structure you will need a permit. Listed below are common projects you do not need a permit for residential properties:

  • Painting

  • Drywall repair

  • Flooring

  • Siding

  • Gutters

  • Replacing windows and doors(with no changes to size or structure)

  • Fences under 6 feet
