Do I need to make an appointment to speak to someone in the Planning Department?

The Planning Department does have hours that are open to the public.  At those times, anyone can come to city hall and speak with someone in the Planning Department without an appointment.  Those hours are as follows: Monday 8 A.M.- 12 P.M., Tuesday 9 A.M. to 11 A.M., Wednesday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Friday 8 A.M. to 12 P.M.
