The City of Kilgore is currently under a Mandatory Shelter in Place declaration which was issued by Gregg County Judge Bill Stoudt and ratified by Kilgore Mayor Ronnie Spradlin to extend to both the Gregg and Rusk County portions of the City.  Below is a link to a video of Mayor Ronnie Spradlin explaining what Shelter in Place means to Kilgore. Also included are info graphics intended to simplify answering whether businesses and activities are essential or non-essential during this declaration which begins at 11:59 p.m. on March 26, 2020 and ends on April 9, 2020.  Please email any questions or concerns to info@cityofkilgore.com.
