To sign up, you must notify us of your intent to take the written exam scheduled for December 8, 2020 by providing us with your name, address and telephone number using one of the following methods:
- In person at 909 N. Kilgore St (Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p)
- By phone at 903-983-1559, and select Option 4 to speak with one of our Records staff (Mon - Fri, 8a - 5p)

The deadline to notify us of your intent to test is Friday, November 20, 2020 at 3pm.
