Texas Governor Gregg Abbott announced today he will allow current stay at home order to expire April 30th. He presented a three phase plan for reopening Texas. In summary, his plan will allow restaurants, retail, malls and movie theaters to reopen on May 1st limited to 25% of their occupancy for customers.
