The Kilgore Community Development Corporation was created in 1997 with three specific purposes:
1. To assist in the maintenance and development or adequate housing in the City of Kilgore.
2. To Conduct Activities to achieve education and charitable objectives.
3. Expanding opportunities available to Kilgore Residences to own, manage, and operate multi family residences and businesses.
