Subject:  Annual Administrative Report

Presented herewith are Annual Administrative reports for the City of Kilgore in accordance with Article IV Section 2 (3) of the City Charter.

The reader will find in these reports mission statements, goals, work load statistics, and accomplishments.  While the desire is to provide a report comprehensive in nature there are tasks that staff perform on a routine basis that may not be included.
