Mission Statement

To provide the citizens of Kilgore with an adequate supply of safe potable water,                     proper treatment of the wastewater, and to operate and maintain the water department                  facilities in an efficient, affordable and effective manner.

About our Department:

• Supply potable drinking water for consumption, irrigation, and fire protection from         surface water treatment plant and water wells
• Proper wastewater treatment
• Maintain and repair water and sewer lines
• Billing and Accounting
• Monitor and treat water in public swimming pool.
